Boston Whiplash Return to Toronto for Second Annual North American Volt Hockey Tournament

Over the 2024 Memorial Day weekend, the Boston Whiplash volt hockey team returned to Toronto to compete in the second annual North American Volt Hockey Tournament. The event, once again hosted by Variety Village, brought together teams from Toronto, Alberta, London, and Boston for a weekend filled with intense gameplay and sportsmanship.

This year, the Whiplash divided into two teams: Whiplash Blue and Whiplash Orange. Whiplash Blue, competing in Division 1, showcased their skill and tenacity, finishing 4th in their division. Meanwhile, Whiplash Orange took on the challenges of Division 2, ending the tournament with a stellar 3rd place finish.

A huge thank you to the organizers at Variety Village for their outstanding work in hosting another memorable tournament! We also extend our gratitude to all the volunteers, players, families, and fans who made this event a success.

The Boston Whiplash are already looking forward to next year’s tournament. But for now, it's back to training and preparation for the exciting season ahead!
